How long do refunds take to process?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you a confirmation email. Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear back on your original payment method.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank.

I received a faulty item, what should I do?

We’re sorry about that!

Please contact us right away with your order number and photos of the defect. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Do not send the item back until our team has replied with the proper instructions.

Where is my order?

When your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

You can use that link anytime to see live updates on your delivery.

If tracking hasn’t updated in 5+ days, reach out and we’ll investigate with the carrier.

I wish to return my order

We accept returns of unused, unworn items in original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return, and we’ll guide you through the next steps.

What's your return and exchange policy?

We offer exchanges or refunds within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Final sale items are not eligible for return.
