We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are not covered unless the item is defective or incorrect.
If we made a mistake — we’ll make it right at no cost to you.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or style, reach out with your order number and item details.
We’ll hold your replacement while your return is on the way to us (stock permitting).
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirming approval.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Shipping fees and duties are non-refundable.
Order Cancellations & Changes
If you made a mistake on your order, contact us as soon as possible.
Once an order has shipped, we’re unable to modify or cancel it — but we can help with a return once it arrives.
